transcripts and verifications – Office of Student Records

The Office of Student Records can assist with transcripts and degree/enrollment verifications for current and former students, as well as third-party requestors.
Students may print a current enrollment certification through SIS Self-Service. Students may also request an official letter from the Office of Student Records via SEAM verifying current enrollment status or previous degree(s) earned. Information about ordering diplomas or transcripts are also provided in the links below.
Third party requestors should submit a request through the National Student Clearinghouse using School Code 002077-7. If you are unable to submit a request, please submit a SEAM case.
